Austin serves as Managing Partner for a Florida-based private equity firm, as well as CEO of both a national fleet repair company and a shared solutions provider, directing strategy, operations, and growth. He specializes in acquisitions, turnarounds, and building generational companies with a focus on community impact and faith-based values. He also serves on the board of multiple nonprofit organizations and focuses on leading governance and strategic initiatives.

Austin has developed extensive expertise in international crisis management, disaster response, and governmental coordination, particularly in Haiti and the Caribbean. Having spent part of his career living in Haiti with his family, he has led numerous high-stakes humanitarian operations, consistently delivering exceptional, life-saving results in some of the world’s most complex and high-pressure environments.

Austin serves as CEO of RallyX, managing a portfolio of operating companies where he leads strategy, operations, and growth across a portfolio of 19 businesses. He specializes in acquisitions, turnarounds, and building generational companies grounded in community impact and faith-based values. He also serves on the boards of multiple nonprofit organizations, where he focuses on governance and long-term strategy.

Since 2009, Austin has worked alongside Haitian organizations on the front lines of humanitarian crises, international disaster response, and governmental coordination in Haiti and the Caribbean. He lived in Haiti with his family for several years, speaks Haitian Creole, and has built and led Haitian teams of up to 900 personnel. His direct involvement includes food distribution at scale, hostage negotiations, FBI-coordinated rescue operations, and disaster response for every major Haitian emergency since the 2010 earthquake. He co-founded Caribbean Security Group in 2023 to address escalating kidnapping threats and has supported U.S. law enforcement operations in the country.

Austin holds a B.A. from Furman University, an M.B.A. in International Business from Nova Southeastern University, and is a doctoral candidate in Transformational Leadership at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
